Responsibilities
Test current products and identifying deficiencies
Suggest solutions to identified product problems
Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
Oversee continuous improvement projects
Collect quality data
Identify key KPIs for product quality
Working closely with the product leadership team, engineers, and test engineers
About You
Technical Requirements
Experience with at least one of the testing frameworks: Jest, Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, etc. is a plus
Experience / Understanding of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other
Experience with software QA tools and processes
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience if you’re applying for Midlevel Quality Assurance Engineer.
Non-Technical Requirements
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to quickly master new technologies. If you're not there yet, don't worry, this will become the strongest item in your new toolbelt if you join our team
Willingness to learn new tools
Nice-to-Haves
Relevant degree(s) in Computer Science or related fields.
